		<description>You can deyhydrate in your oven using a lightbulb.  Switchout the oven lightbulb with a regular 60 or 100 watt lightbulb (not one of those compact florescents).  This will create enought heat (about 102F) just from the heat of the lightbulb. 

Preheat the oven for a few seconds at a low temperature to get the oven warmed up first, then shut off the heat. 

Place the lid of a jar or other item inbetween the door of the oven and the oven itself  to keep the door open an inch or so to let moisture escape. 

Very cheap to run (just one lightbulb). 

Put an oven thermometer directly into the oven so you can keep an eye on the temperature.
