The name of it is Dough Ray Me. I also remembered another DuckTales episode about hyperinflation but I was unable to locate it until recently. That episode is called The Land of Tra-la-la. In that episode, a society with no money makes bottle caps their currency. When too many bottle caps are brought in prices skyrocket and hyperinflation develops.
